What is cellulose acetate?

A plastic made from cellulose. It can be cut, shaped and polished and holds colour in layers. Ours has fine mica flakes pressed between the layers, which is what makes the clips shimmer.

Which claw clip size should I choose?

For a full twist in long or thick hair, choose a long claw: the Big Hold Claw (13 cm) or the Hangang Large Claw (11 cm). For shoulder-length hair or half-up styles, a medium claw of 8–9 cm. For fringes, braids and small sections, the mini claws. Every product page has a photo of the piece worn on the same head, so you can compare sizes, and the exact size is listed.

Do the colours look the same in real life?

Every piece is shown on the same cream paper in the same light, so colours compare well. Screens differ a little, and because the mica flakes sit at random in each sheet, the shimmer pattern varies slightly from piece to piece.

Which currency will I pay in?

Prices are shown in the currency of the country we deliver to: USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CHF. You can change the country in the language and currency menu. At checkout, your billing country sets the currency you pay in.

Will I pay import tax or duties?

Possibly. We ship from Hong Kong and add no tax at checkout. Import VAT, duties and carrier fees in your country are not included and are usually charged on delivery. See Shipping.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7–12 business days to Europe and 7–14 business days to the United States and Canada.

How do I pay?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery under our returns promise, plus any statutory rights you have (14 days to withdraw in the EU, EEA and UK). See Returns & Refunds.

Are your clips suitable for children?

Clips, bows and pins contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Our pieces are made for adults to wear.
