Personal Information Collection Statement

This statement is given under Data Protection Principle 1 of Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). It tells you, at the point where we collect your personal data, why we collect it and what happens to it.

Purposes

We collect the personal data you enter at checkout, when you create an account, in the contact form and in the withdrawal form to:

• process, deliver and support your order, including returns, withdrawals and refunds;
• take payment and prevent fraud;
• answer your questions;
• keep the records that accounting and tax law require.

Is it obligatory?

Your name, email address and billing and delivery address are obligatory: without them we cannot accept, deliver or confirm your order. Your phone number is optional; we use it only if the carrier or we need to reach you about a delivery. In the contact form, your name, email and message are needed to reply to you.

Who we may transfer it to

Payment service providers, delivery carriers and customs agents, our web hosting and email providers, professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data or use it for direct marketing without your consent.

Access and correction

You have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to request a copy and to ask us to correct it.
