Terms & Conditions

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on sparkavie.shop. Please read them before you order. You can save or print this page.

1. Who we are

SPARKAVIE is a brand operated by HERE WE SEOUL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, with its registered office at 30/F., Gravity, No. 29 Hung Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@sparkavie.shop, +852 5978 0002. Full details are on our Legal Information page.

We sell to consumers only. We do not sell for resale.

2. Our products

Each product page describes the item, its materials, size and contents. Our photos show the pieces and how they are worn; screens show colours slightly differently, and because the mica flakes in our acetate sit at random, the shimmer pattern of each piece is a little different. Hair styling, clothing and other items shown in photos are not included unless the product description says so.

Clips, bows and pins contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

3. Prices and currency

  • Prices are shown in the currency of the country we deliver to (USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CHF), with the currency code next to the amount. The currency you pay in is the one shown at checkout, set by your billing country.
  • We are based in Hong Kong, which charges no sales tax, so no tax is added to our prices. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees of your country are not included and, where they apply, are payable by you on delivery. See Shipping.
  • The delivery cost is shown before you pay.
  • We do not run promotions or discount codes at present. If we do, their terms will be shown with them.

4. How a contract is made

  1. Choose your items and put them in your bag.
  2. At checkout, enter your details, choose a payment method and check your order. You can correct your entries at any time before you place the order.
  3. When you press the button to place the order and pay, you make a binding offer to buy the items.
  4. We send an email confirming that we have received your order and payment. The contract is formed when we send that order confirmation.

The contract can be concluded in English, German, Danish, French or Swedish. We keep a record of your order and email you its details; these terms remain available on this page.

We may refuse an order if an item is not available, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. If we cannot accept an order after you have paid, we refund you in full straight away.

5. Payment

You pay when you place your order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we do not see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page, at the cost and within the estimated times shown there. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you name.

7. Returns, withdrawal and cancellation

You can return items within 30 days of delivery under our returns promise. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Both are explained in full on Returns & Refunds, and you can withdraw online on Withdraw from contract.

8. Your rights if something is wrong

Under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), goods we sell must match their description, be of merchantable quality and be fit for any particular purpose you made known to us before buying. If they are not, you may reject them and claim a refund, or claim damages. Under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), we cannot exclude or limit these obligations when selling to a consumer, and nothing in these terms attempts to.

If you live in the EU or EEA, you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery. If you live in the UK, you have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Wherever you live, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country continue to apply to you.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for business losses, as we sell to consumers only.

10. If something goes wrong

Contact us first at support@sparkavie.shop; we aim to resolve every problem quickly.

If we cannot resolve it and you are in Hong Kong, the Consumer Council offers a free complaint and conciliation service. The Consumer Council is not a regulator and cannot make binding decisions. For claims up to HK$75,000 you may also use the Small Claims Tribunal, which is designed to be used without a lawyer.

If you live outside Hong Kong, you can contact the consumer advice body in your own country, and the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are resident, or to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
